01 - 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 head broccoli, cut into florets

→ Sauce Base

03 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
04 - 1 tablespoon honey
05 - 3-4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
07 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
08 - Pinch of red pepper flakes
09 - 1-2 teaspoons cornstarch

# Instructions:

01 - Chop chicken and veggies.
02 - Cook chicken in hot oil until browned.
03 - Stir-fry broccoli until tender-crisp.
04 - Whisk sauce ingredients together.
05 - Pour sauce over chicken and veggies, simmer until thickened.
06 - Garnish and serve over rice or noodles.

# Notes:

01 - Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the chicken. Let the pan get nice and hot before adding the oil. If you're out of honey, maple syrup works in a pinch. Serve with a side of sriracha for extra heat!
